Vaidya Dhanvantri Dr. Lathashekhar, who has wholeheartedly contributed to the welfare of many people through Alternative Healing and Yoga, is among the millions inspired by her Gurus and her own life incidents to choose the correct path in her life.

Dr. Lathashekhar's life's work, dedicated to exploring and following the true roots of ancient Indian medicine, has uncovered many lost cures, treatment techniques, and modalities for several incurable diseases.

She claims that a person may attain "perfect health," a condition free from diseases, pain, aging, or death. She views the human body as an energy and information-based entity, suggesting that human aging is malleable and can be influenced by one's state of mind. Furthermore, she claims her practices can treat chronic diseases.

Dr. Lathashekhar, originally from Koppa, India, now settled in Karnataka, displayed a fondness for exercise from a young age. Her journey in education progressed gracefully, culminating in her primary and secondary education. After completing her PUC, she pursued Yoga and Bharatanatyam, with the satisfaction of Yoga solidifying her decision to make it a lifelong career. Her work has been recognized and appreciated, and it has made a difference in improving the well-being and welfare of people in the society she serves.

With qualifications in Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (B Nat), BAMS, MSc. (Yoga), and certification in Therapeutic Yoga, she continued to expand her knowledge by pursuing yoga teacher training, gaining expertise in Pranic healing, Reiki (II Degree), and Colour Therapy for energy healing techniques. She was awarded a Ph.D. by the University of the Americas, Florida, USA, and recognized as a master in Mudra Therapy.

In her journey to become a full-fledged healer, she immersed herself in Touch Therapy and Transcendental Meditation to understand the benefits of stress relief through meditation. In her career which spanned more than a decade, she has effectively treated various health conditions, including BP, diabetes, back pain, asthma, children's development, Children’s Cognitive improvement and mental health.

Although Natural treatment may seem new and emerging in the modern world, it has ancient roots in Vedic teachings and science, offering profound insights into the human condition and powerful practices for transforming suffering at every level.

Dr. Lathashekhar provides comprehensive solutions for various health-related problems. Her expertise encompasses diabetes, blood pressure, women's issues, cholesterol, weight management, digestion, skin concerns, sleep problems, stomach issues, gastric problems, cancer, thyroid, memory power in children, heart health, and weight management. She emphasizes the use of cosmic healing,yoga treatment, natural therapy, acupressure, colour therapy, and mudra therapy for a happier and healthier life. Thousands of people have experienced great benefits of her treatments and have encouraged others to follow suit.

Yoga therapy, focused on the mind-body connection, has been Dr. Lathashekhar's passion since she started her yoga journey at the age of 29. Her dedication and spirit have fuelled her journey, and she considers herself a blessed when she witnesses positive changes in people's lives through her treatments. She began her Yogic career as a Yoga instructor at Amritha Yoga Kendra in Bangalore. She has participated in more than 50 yoga dance shows to raise awareness and has won 25 gold medals in Yoga Championships.

Dr. Lathashekhar asserts that what happens in the mind and brain is physically represented in the body, and by influencing one aspect, you influence everything.

Driven by inspiration, she founded the Dr. Lathashekhar Holistic Wellness Center and Nithyasanjeevini Yoga Pratishtana in Bangalore, with the goal of healing those in need through Prakruti Chikitsa and Yogic Living without the use of chemical drugs and surgery. She has an expertise in the Cosmic Energy Healing technique. Her work on Healing and Yoga Therapy have significantly contributed to healthcare.

Free Yoga Camp: Dr. Lathashekhar organized a free yoga camp during the pandemic to provide advice and guidance to physically challenged individuals.

Free Food Service: During the pandemic in 2019, Dr. Lathashekhar provided free food services to those affected by Covid-19 and continuing the same for the needy.

Free Health Awareness Seminar: Recognizing the need for better health during the pandemic, she organized free awareness seminars.

Free Cloth Distribution: She distributed free clothes to those in need during the pandemic and continuing serve the needy.

Free Medicines and Free Health Check-ups: As a medical professional, she provided free medicines and health check-ups to Covid-19 affected individuals.
